Day 1

Have been consistently running since Gaye went to Canada on the 7th July 2009. Its now 11th August, so its a bit over a month. Too early to see any results so I will make my current fitness stats my base line.
Morning Resting Heart Rate = 50 bpm
Weight = 81 kg
Exercise: Treadmill
10 min Warm Up Walk
20 min steady jog at 8.0 kph
10 min Walk at 8% hill
20 min Interval running 2min at 11.3kph, 2 min 4.8kph
